I would like to take this opportunity to welcome and express my sincere congratulations to you who managed to set foot in UMT. Personally I feel that the you are a lucky one who admitted to UMT as the preferred place to gain knowledge among thousands of students Matriculation, STPM and Diploma. Hopefully it will inspire you to create the glory of science to pursue excellence that has been drawn up by former students UMT before.

The rapid development of science and technology has given rise to the phenomenon of contemporary global challenges. Therefore, to enjoy success in this environment, you need to prepare for continuing to equip yourselves with knowledge, skills and innovative and a strong identity in order to deal with a new environment effectively and efficiently. 

We wish you all can take advantage of all the opportunities available in this University to continue to improve the mastery of new knowledge and soft skills for self-empowerment. UMT hope at the end of the study period is to produce competent human capital capable of co-developing the society and the state.
