A copetition on the bachelor’s degree thesis presentation was held on July 23, 2018 at Bidong Island Marine Research Station, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. This competition is the initiative of the Malaysian Joint Branch of The Royal Institution of Naval Architects and the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (MJB RINA IMAREST) \u200b\u200bto recognize the final year project undertaken by undergraduate students in areas related to ship architecture and marine engineering. This contest involves 10 selected final year students of Bachelor of Applied Science (Maritime Technology) to present their final year thesis project. This competition is judged by two (2) special invited judges from MJB RINA-IMAREST. The competition is held every year which involves several universities throughout Malaysia who have a major relationship with ship architecture and marine engineering such as Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and Universiti Kuala Lumpur. The winners of this contest are:<\/p>\n

First place: Norasyidayu Binti Mohd Radzi
\n2nd place: Muhammad Fakhrul Ghazi
\n3rd place: Aravinth Thuraisamy<\/p>\n

Winners will have the opportunity to participate in national competitions with winners from other universities involved. Congratulations!<\/p>\n
